  1. I haven't actually worked in the retail industry, but I'm a fashion designer and have worked with various teams. One of my biggest lessons was to ALWAYS have contracts before doing anything, so that there are no misunderstandings. I also noticed that many photographers need some humble tea, whereas models have actually always been super friendly and open.
